1. We prepare the floor by vacuuming with a commercial sweeper and applying a pre treating solution to all areas being cleaned giving extra attention to badly soiled areas and stains.

2. We shampoo the areas with a powerful rotary brush machine designed to clean your carpets thoroughly yet gently. We use water soluble carpet shampoo and have additional solutions for treating odors and heavily soiled areas. In our experience we have found that this method allows for better results than conventional carpet cleaning methods.

3. We thoroughly rinse your carpets with clean water using a powerful extraction machine to remove the dirt, allergens and any other residue that is in your carpet.

We are confindant that our cleaning process will give you the best results possible. While nothing can solve every cleaning problem, this process has given us very good results and strong customer satisfaction over our 20 years in the business.
