Step One:

After thoroughly preparing the floor we use one of two methods:

Scrubbing - We use a powerful floor machine with a rotary brush designed for hard surfaces. This process removes ground in dirt and waxy residue.

Stripping - In some cases it is necessary to apply a chemical stripper prior to scrubbing in order to dissolve heavy wax build up or for severely soil floors. When giving an estimate our technician can determine if this is necessary.

Step Two:

After thoroughly cleaning the floors with the floor machine, all dirt and residue is vacuumed with our wet-dry vac. After this, we rinse the floor to ensure a clean surface that is ready for applying the wax.

Step Three:

We use an industrial floor wax that is designed to protect floors with a durable shine. Applied with a mop, the wax typically dries in about 30 minutes per coat. The service crew can estimate how many coats are needed to give you satisfactory results.

Step Four:

Properly maintained floors should be regularly buffed with a high speed buffer in addition to everyday house keeping. We recommend daily sweeping and moping as needed with a mild detergent to prolong the shine as well as the life of your tile floor.
